Hi, since a few days i installed office xp 2002, i don´t know if for that reason or just for being online my pc is a mess, some of the symphtoms:
-windows boots very slow
-when i start certain programs they run very slowly or they don´t even show up at all
-sometimes appearently for no reason a system alert window pops up saying somthing like: "system configuration does not admit active x controls", i click the OK button and a new windows says: "You must click Yes to continue", and then again
-after a certain time of internet connection (Dial up) i can´t use the internet anymore as if it was disconnected eventhough the line is still conected and the connection icon is still there, this is very annoying because if i try to disconnect i simply can´t do that and i have to restart the pc to disconnect from internet
-when i click on certain files (video and mp3 for instance) from windows explorer, the mouse arrow changes to the clock and the file won´t run, the same happens when i try to downlod a file or save a picture from internet explorer, then i have to close windows explorer which doesn´t respond anymore

I have updated an run AdAware, Spybot and SpySubstract, they keep detecting threats which remove but that doesn´t solve the problem, it´s weird because when these programs are running the norton antivirus pops up detecting viruses, Please help!!!, i don´t know what to do, Thanks a lot in advance, below the hjt log:
