Hi, new to this forum!

I lent a friend my Dazzle 90 including drivers and a program called Studio 9. I have Windows xp but he has Vista (not sure which version)

He installed it but nothing would work so being a memory hungry program he tried to uninstalled it. It stopped half way through uninstall using both "Add and Remove" and the uninstall in Studio 9 Tools.

He reckons others have the same problem when he tried for a resolve in Google.

I feel it's my fault so thought I'd ask you guys to help me be a hero and find the answer.

I not too much of a novice on computers but do explain in not too techno speak please

Trying to force an install of an incompatible program will result in all sorts of problems. Perhaps the easiest thing to do is to resort to System Restore - then manually remove what's left of the Pinnacle program.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
