Hi glynnmania

Welcome to BleepingComputer

You could try rightclicking on the folder you want to share, select properties and the Sharing tab.

I tried that, but where it gives you the option to share your programs file folder, under network sharing and security, the options are grayed out.

Thanks for your reply though.

Hi glynnmania. XP will not allow you to share system directories on your main drive, usually C:. This really isn't a problem because programs installed on C: of computer A can't be run by computer B. The programs must be installed on B to be run by B.
