My AOL's spyscan does, and has been blocking Command Services.. I don't know if this is what's causing my pc not to boot up normally.. Here is my situation.. Can anyone help?

I had a startup issue before.. I wasn't able to boot up, I got a blue screen.. I am running Win XP Pro, The screen mentioned:

*** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x80576A39, 0xF7C7C204, 0xF7C7BF04)

I attempted a reboot, got a black screen saying windows was not shut down normally, and asked to reboot in a few different ways, one being normally.. I chose that, and got the blue screen again.. Tried another reboot, and chose safe mode this time, and again, got the blue screen.. I attempted again, and when I got the black screen, this time I chose last known working configuration, and that seemed to start things up just fine until I get another blue screen…

I think I also have other malware, etc. Can somebody take a look at my Hijack and/or registry?

Also, the other thing new I noticed.. Yesterday my AOL spyscan blocked a nuisance spyware called Command Services.. Then today, after getting back up and running, AOL spyware again blocked Command Services..

I run all my programs and all come up clean.. Spyware Doctor, SpySweeper, AdAware, etc…

I attempted another reboot, and same as above happens..

Can someone please look at my HijackThis log. I've had some odd things turn up in my Add/Remove Programs bin such as BufferChm, Copy, CueTour, Destinations, DocProc, etc. I removed them using CCleaner. However, I'm not convinced the computer is clean. Thank you so much. You all are great!
