Any One Know Of A Freeware Photo Application

Hi , does any one know of a freeware photo application
That does what I think is called Morphing where you can
Blend one photo into another..?

nothing that has Morphing where you can blend one photo into another ..?

garmanma suggestion, WinMorph, looks very good,

but it might be a little slow -

it took this guy 9 months to create this morph on YouTube - PG Morph!
