I have ran ad-aware, spybot, avg in both normal and safe mode. The same ones keep popping up. Smitfraud c-core, virtumonde. I keep getting pop ups from url, and something crlfeed (I can't remember the correct name). I don't know very much at all about computers. Please help. Oh, and when the spybot tries to remove the smitfraud it says it can't because it may be a running program (memory).
Thanks in advance for any response.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum kfrank71
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

It appears you've no virus protection installed.
Download\install one of the following freeware options from the choice below.
Once installed update its definitions and then run a full system virus scan.

AVG7 Free Edition Antivirus:
http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup...ree_446a965.exe

Avast! 4 Home Edition:
http://files.avast.com/iavs4pro/setupeng.exe

Avira AntiVir Personal Edition Classic
http://www.free-av.com/

-----------------------------------------

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
When VundoFix re-opens,click the "Scan for Vundo" button.
Once it's done scanning, click the "Remove Vundo" button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click "YES".
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed,it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click "OK".
Post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt into your next reply.

Note:
It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case,VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

-----------------------------------------

Please download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

-----------------------------------------

Now go to:
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
Right click on Hijackthis.exe and select 'Rename', rename it to abc.bat
Double click on abc.bat(which is still Hijackthis.exe),post that log into your next reply please.

So far all is well. I haven't really surfed around on the internet much yet and I haven't had any pop up advertisements. If I have any further problems I know where to go. RichieUK has been great. I really appreciate everything and being patient with me.
Thanks a lot again,
Kristi
