Screen Resolution

hey every one, please help me out, my screen resolution is stuck on 640 by 480 pixels and it cannot be changed, my question is how do i correct this, and if no way to correct it how do i restore to orignal way when i purchased it?

I use version 1.10.06, and a newer version is out.
You probably have the newer version.
Download & install, or at least unzip the folder.
In the folder is a file everest.exe.
Click it to open the application, if you haven't installed it.

Computer-->Summary on the left will give you basic information on the right
Choose Display and click the link,
options will be product info & driver download.

You're interested in Display video driver section.
Yours will differ somwhat.

The report can be printed and that section can be copy/pasted as a reply here, too.
