DON'T let it access the Internet. It may be a virus (and I think that that is very likely). Generally speaking, when you don't find results for a filename in a google search - that's cause for suspicion (since most of the legitimate filenames will have been searched before).
Another factor is that the results that do show up, show the file as being located in the C:\Recycler directory. No legitimate program will try to execute from there, and it's where things go when they're deleted. So, you should ask yourself "why were they deleted?" and yourself will answer "because they weren't wanted on the system". Could be coincidence, or could be that it was causing problems for them.
After all this, it seems that this could be a problem for you. I would suggest that you search your hard drive to locate all instances of this bugger, and then go here and submit the files for a free virus scan: http://virusscan.jotti.org/
