Hello! I am a new user and I hope you can offer me some advice about a used laptop I recently bought on ebay. It's a Compaq Armada 1750. It worked fine for the first few days, but I played around with the list of users and locked myself out. Managed to get back in but then got trojan spyware somehow. Now computer only turns on briefly, then screen becomes barely lit. I don't know if battery is dying or if trojan is causing problem. Does not charge from power cord. Any advice would be appreciated.
