I would like to save/backup the many email folders I have on Outlook Express, they are all in the "local folders" file a long with the sent, deleted and outbox etc.

The only way I can see how to do this is to go through the laborious task of doing them individuallly.

Is there a quicker way, also need to backup my address book.

Thanks

Here are two good options.

Outlook Express Quick Backup.

How to Back Up and Restore Outlook Express Data.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
