Please please please can someone help me!

I was doing the scans on my PC as normal, AVG free antivirus came back clean, but when I scanned with AVG anti-spyware it found "Downloader.Small.cxs" which it said was "high risk" and in the location C:\System Volume Information\_restore....\A0114321.exe

And when I restarted my PC, it ran a chdsk thing as my pc said it may have some dangerous errors or something :-(

I've ran spybot and adaware but they aren't picking it up and niether is the AVG free antivirus. I've followed the tips and tutorials that I understood but still no luck.

Please can someone take a look at my Hi Jack This log (learnt how to do it and post it from the sticky!) And please can someone tell me what/how to get rid of this thing.

Honestly I can't believe how cruel some people can be to put this nonsense on the internet, ruining peoples' lives!

Any help would be hugely appreciated

The HijackThis log is clean

The System Volume Information is used to store system restore points - the infection AVG antispyware found in there won't be doing any harm, but you can clean out the system restore points by doing the following

Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Reboot.

Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
