I WAS ABLE TO FIND HELP ON BLEEPING'S SITE FOR SPYLOCKED SPYWARE. I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE SOLUTION BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK IT. HOW DO I NOW GET WHAT WAS DOWNLOADED TO ELIMINATE THIS GARBAGE ON MY SYSTEM TRAY?
THE HELP SITE SUGGESTED OPERATING IN SAFE MODE BUT I CANNOT GET CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET IN THAT MODE. PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO PROCEED. THANK YOU.

You do not need to be connected to the internet to run the Smitfraudfix. You only need an internet connection to download the fix. Reread the instructions.

You can also try Rogue Remover Free

The usual install the program, update it, and run. let it remove whatever it finds. Please post your results here.
