Hi all,
I can't seem to connect my camera to download pictures. When I do, I get the message "A USB device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of its hub ports", and then prompts me to click the message for further instructions. When I do that, it tells me to disconnect the cord, then click reset. I did this several times, but I get the same message. I tried to use another USB port, but got the same message. I can still plug in and use my mp3 player with no problems. Is it a problem with my camera cord, or is it a true power surge problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
