Is There Spyware Eblaster On Work Computer

The other day while at work - a quick scan for Norton ran and notified me that it found spyware.eblaster in a file faxegbas.dll. Also noted to be in monewsel.dll

I am trying to figure out if I am being watched by the good old boss. Can anyone help

let me clarify - I guess I basically want to find out if it is truely malware or that the program is installed on my computer
