Hey, so i recently heard about this program called mldonkey and i really want to give it a try. THe only problem being that since it was deigned mainly to run on linux and/or mac computers, im kinda out of luck being that im a windows user : (. BUT i recently found out that there are windows versions but theyre hard as hell to install and actually get running, can someone please tell me how i can install, run and finally get to using mldonkey on my windows xp machine?
If you do things right, then people won't know if you've done anything at all.

It looks like after you get the exe file from their product page ( http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.p...roup_id=1564140 ) then that should either install the program or start the service. From there you have to either find yourself a GUI for it since it doesn't come with one, or learn how to interface with it using Telnet (text commands).

Here's a GUI that will work on Windows. http://sancho-gui.sourceforge.net/
