We're having an intermittent problem accessing our own website and e-mail server from our office network, but other people have no problems accessing the website from other locations, and I can access the e-mail server from my home. Any suggestions on where I start looking for the solution to this problem?

Are there any programs (probably a firewall) blocking access to the sites?
