I am currently using a FireFox extension that downloads youtube videos. The format is flv. I need to convert these flv files to something else like AVI, mov, mpg....etc. I downloaded a program called Moyea Video Converter. However, it is going on 10 minutes now and is only 34% finished on a 6 minute video.

Does anyone have any ideas, or know of a better program that does this MUCH quicker?
