I am having a nightmare of a time with this. I have BS dsl 6.0 extreme. My speeds are around download: 2.4-4.3 & upload running around 424.6 (is OK I think), it's the download that's hurting, it's nearly lite/dial-up speeds. I called help/support & they aren't very helpful with this. I really believe they are stumped. I kept telling them that while in the help center I get a few errors on some things. One of which is an error saying that help center had detected an Internet explore error & has determined that my network connection is not working (connection to my ISP). And I also am getting an error: help center has detected 2 network adapters configured for dynamic ip assignment, when I click on "re establish your connection. They are absolutely no help & keep ignoring what these errors are when I keep repeating them, just keep having me restart my PC? Please if anyone can explain these to me or help in anyway I'd greatly appreciate it as I need my computer to help me with income as well. I also need to mention that I've already eliminated the possibility of a virus or spyware/malware as I've run several scans & cleaned everything (cache etc). Thanx in advance!
