I recently get "Error - connection to server has failed" numbers above. Was infected with and recently removed spylocked. Have done troubleshooting with server. All settings are correct. On occasion can reboot computer and modem and will work. Next time will not. We have three identities to log onto system. On occasion, one person's account will come up with no error and the other one will not. No pattern in so far as which one works and which one does not.

Have no problem getting to Net.

Have attempted to log on without using shortcut. No luck.

Use Windows XP. Norton.
