Just joined the forum. My friends and family all ask for my help with their computers, which is sometimes difficult since I am assigned to the US Embassy in the Dominican Republic and they are in the US and other parts of the world. Good user-friendly remote control/access apps would help!

Hope to find a lot of assistance helping them from this forum, and who knows: I may learn a few things myself.
