I am running Windows 2000 and last night I thought I would save some energy by shutdown my computer. In the morning when I turned on my computer I got the dreaded 'blue screen' ----inaccessible_boot_device with 0x0000007b etc.
I can not get to my desktop because it comes up with the 'blue screen' before the desktop loads.

Help with this headache would be greatly appreceiated.

Microsoft's TechNET has a article addressing this issue.
