Technically Vista doesn't come with Norton, although you can get a computer with both Norton and Vista. You can easily, and with understand, ditch Norton. Vista does come with a built-in anti-spyware program Windows Defender. What you then still need is a anti-virus program. There are a couple of free ones that work with Vista: Antivir Classic
, AVG Free
and Avast Free
. Personally I am using NOD32 on Vista, which is great, but it isn't free.
