Ghost In My Computer?

Many times my Shortcuts keep changing places, my quicktask items keep turning off, and many other weird occurences. Everytime that happen I rearrange them back to my order, next minute they go all over the place!!! Though this is not really important do you think a virus is infected onto my computer?

Possibly, If you give us a list of all running tasks we can give you a better idea.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently
