What this infection does: WinXDefender is a rogue anti-spyware program that deliberately displays false positives and uses aggressive advertising to mislead you into thinking your computer is infected. When WinXDefender is installed on your computer, it will automatically start scanning it, and display legitimate programs as malware in the hopes to scare you into purchasing a license of the software. Some of the executables that WinXDefender flags as the malware W32.Fourseman.B@mm are Outlook Express and Windows Media Player. These executables, though, are legitimate Windows files and should not be removed. They are only being displayed to trick you into thinking you are infected. Screenshots of these two false positives and the WinXDefender program are below.
