How to remove RegistryDoctor 2008 (Uninstall Instructions)Posted by Grinler on July 29, 2008 @ 05:07 PM · Views: 1,540
What this programs does: RegistryDoctor2008 is a rogue Windows Registry cleaning program. When installed, RegistryDoctor2008 will scan your computer and state that you have a variety of Registry issues on your computer. In order to fix these issues, though, you must first purchase a license of the software. As you can see from the screen shots below, when the program states that you have Registry problems they do not disclose what these problems really are. Instead, it will just give you the total errors and no other information about them. This displaying of vague information, and then requiring you to purchase the software before you can supposedly fix anything, is why we label this software a rogue security product. This product will also startup automatically on your computer and continuously nag you about supposed errors and how you should purchase the program in order to fix them. This type of behaviour can cause your computer to become slow and cause other performance problems. It is for these reasons that we suggest you remove RegistryDoctor2008.
