What this programs does: Doctor Antivirus 2008 is a new rogue anti-spyware program from the same family as Antivirus 2008 and Antivirus 2009. When installed, Doctor Antivirus will scan your computer and list a variety of infections found on your computer. In order to remove any of these infections, though, you must first purchase the software. The problem is that all of the infections Doctor Antivirus states are on your computer, are actually harmless or do not even exist. The only reason why they are being displayed is to scare you into purchasing the program.
