My machine is an HP-amd athlon 2800 with 1gig ddr sdram. WoW is my game of choice. I currently have an FX5200 in my machine (I only have an AGP slot)and am unhappy with the graphics. I would like to play WoW with max settings on high resolution at a good framerate (30+ fps). I am considering buying an Nvidia 7600gt but would like to know if there are better options, especially since WoW may get a graphics upgrade in the future or I may play different games.

I am not that much of a gamer, so from what I have seen here, the card that you have selected does pretty good.

Extra advice: if you get this card you will need to replace the stock power supply with one that is 400watts output or better. most of the stock hp power supplies are only 250 to 300 watts, and that video card normally asks for 400 watts or better.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

**WARNING** Links I provide might cause brain damage

Ya the 7600Gt is a great choice, especially if your on a budget. My friend got one, and it plays all of his games fine  .
