The green light is on but my Palm m500 wont turn on. I tried all the different types of resets, but nothing happens.
When I put the Palm into the cradle, the light turns yellow, but I can not sync.

Help!

Palm about 4 - 5 years old. Does the battery ever die? Can the battery be replaced or should I just get a new one?

Thanks!

One thing you may want to do is not plug it in for a couple of days to see if the battery will completely drain(if you can live without it that long ) or replace the battery by sending it into palm.

May not be worth it with the price of palms though
