Hi,
I have been working on my website again and have put a clock on the site. I shows the correct time for me but I don't know if it shows local time wherever the visitor is from. Could someone from a country other than Australia have a look for me and let me know please?

Thanks
Jim

Where on your site should the clock show up?
I see nothing there.

BTW - if this is an attempt to drive traffic to your site, We will remove all links hereafter.

Edit: I just checked again with Ff and IE7 - nothing showing.

Thanks for the reply. I am not trying to get traffic. I am merely asking for a little help.
I am sorry if I have done anything wrong.

I am trying to help you.

Sorry, got a little flustered by your first reply.
The clock should be at the bottom of main page above the counter.
Thanks for the help!

OK, I see no clock of any type above the post count. Not in Ff or IE7, sorry I don't have Opera available.

Post count when I checked said 854.

Can you see the clock checking in on another browser?

Yes, I see the clock in Firefox and IE. Maybe the one I used is just for showing on my computer. I was wondering how others were going to see the correct time but if I am the only one who sees it I will remove it.
Thanks for your help and you can delete this thread if you wish.

No, we won't remove the thread, as another here might be able to help you out.

It's probably just a coding change. Another here will ask about that. Hang on.

Hi Jim, whilst I too am an Aussie i CAN see your clock using IE6 XP SP2. Could the fact be for Koan a privacy setting in a firewall limiting certain codes from running ? I have ZoneAlarm and sometimes these settings prevent gif's from animating, dreaded red X's on web pages yadda yadda yadda
I'm not as think as you drunk I am

I have no idea why Koan can't see it.
You're in the same time zone as me, would that have something to do with it?
I am looking around for a different one at the moment.
Thanks.

So it only shows Australian time? I thought it might show the time zone of the computer it's being viewed on.
I think I might just remove it.
Thanks for your help.

look at the time!

It's past my bedtime,

but the digital clock is showing my time here on the left coast of Florida just fine.

John,
Thanks for the reply. I am glad it is working properly now. Which clock did you see, the one with a border around or the plain one? I changed to the bordered one just a while ago.
Thanks.
