Vista- Small Business: Window Fax And Scan unexpected error

Hi

I'm currently using Window Fax and Scan program that comes with Vista: Small Business OS. I was able to use the program in the beginning but now, whenever I tried to send fax out, it keep showing "The fax can't be send because of an unexpected error". I've tested the modem and it's working well. I'd like to know how I can fix that problem.

Sunny,

I recently worked through the same problem.

The answer is to first verify that the modem and/or driver is Windows compatible then download and reinstall the related drivers.
