The LAST thing that I am is a Comodo expert, but I've explored mine quite a bit, and I don't recall ever seeing any.
Comodo has an excellent help forum of their own. They provide a link to it right on the "home page" (I'm not sure what to actually call it) of their program. Good luck!

A firewall works at the application level, so I don't think it would be able to filtre out cookies. You may have made changes to your browser's defaults.

Oh ok a big mistake sorry
Actually, where does firefox stores it's cookies?
I mean,is it in the C:\Documents and Settings\user\Cookies ?
Or is firefox storing it in another location?
When i go to Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies
In Firefox, all of the cookies are there

Firefox stores cookies and other personal data in a special Profile Folder.
"On Windows Vista/XP/2000, the path is usually %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\, where xxxxxxxx is a random string of 8 characters. Just browse to C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ on Windows XP/2000 or C:\users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ on Windows Vista, and the rest should be obvious."

So actually,Firefox keeps it's cookies information by combining all info in one notepad instead of making another separate notepad
