Most of the major anti-virus vendors participate in VirusTotal, Jotti's Virus Scan, and a few other similar sites but that participation list changes from time to time. This is the current list of the companies that take part in VirusTotal with their anti-virus engines. <- click on the Credits Tab.

Why a vendor like MicroWorld Technologies would choose not to be involved is a question you would need to ask them.
