When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix logs. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I have a problem with jump/redirect. When I choose a subject on my search engine (google) I go to the list of subjects on goole. However. When I choose one I am 'redirected' to another site usually Netster. I have to go back to google 2 more times before I get to yhe site which I chose. I have ran AVG anti-virus, Ad-aware, Search and Destroy but I still have the same problem. My local computer shop told me to leave the computer in to them and they would take out all the viruses. If one of you kind people could help me it would save me £30 or £40.
Thanking you all in advance

Welcome to BC
Close IE. Check the Add/ Remove program for Netster and uninstall.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
