Deleted Email Help! Need Deleted Email

I deleted an email by mistake, that I need.
Is there any way to get the email back?

Have you looked in your trash (deleted mail) folder? If it hasn't been emptied, you may find the mail there.

It would be helpful to know what email program you are using.

If you are using it's easy. Upper left you will see (Inbox) mouse it and you will see a long list of things. Click on Deleted Items, if you haven't emptied this you will see them. Hope this helps.

The problem is I have deleted my "deleted" folder. I am using Outlook Express.

Never tried it,

but this program - h e r e says it will recover deleted OE emails, and it is free.

You may find others on the Internet that will do this for free, too.
