when installing the hp printer 3110 photosmart all in one have
downloaded the software form the website i get the following error when trying to install the sofware for my hp phtosmart 3110 any ideats thanks.


Microsoft Visual C++

Runtime Error !

Program C:zWindow


c:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe

Then I get this next message

C:\DOCUME - 1\PETERF - 1\LOCALS-1\Temp\hp_webrelease_\setup\hpznfx01.exe -I ENU - f C:\WINDOWS\HPOINS11.dat V

The Windows Install Service could not be accessed. The can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly Installed. Contract your support peronnel for assistance
