This error message pops up every time I open a new window, "#msntb_toolbar_full_name# can't load its config file". It doesn't matter if I'm using the IE7, Firefox, or MSN browser.
I've tried to delete the MSN tool bar, but the computer says that the temp folder is locked.

Any help is appreciated.
Ryan

I couldn't complete the instructions posted on that site. All was good untill I needed to download and install the Window's clean up utility. For some reason I can't install anything to the computer right now. The error message that pops up says "Can not change to destination folder."
