I bought a mesh computer in October 2006. It worked very well up until about May of this year. There is excessive noise coming from the tower. my son complains of ringing in his ears. I have tried and tried to register the computer on their website but it just keeps saying invalid email address. It has an intel pentium dual core (2.66Hz) and a pci express mainboard. As it is still under guarantee should I just demand my money back? I have emailed Brent Trading Standards. My son is worried that they have taken our money and run. Please help us.

I would suggest taking the computer back to the folks that you bought it from and seeing what they can do for you. If that's not possible, then I'd suggest locating a factory authorized repair center to take care of the problems.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
