Hi deke112, sorry for the long delay in responding.
Your log looks clean. You are apparently suffering from a known Windows issue. QUOTE This problem may occur on a Windows Vista-based computer if the following conditions are true: *The "Temporary Internet Files" folder is moved to a location outside the User folder hierarchy. For example, the "Temporary Internet Files" folder is moved to another volume. *The Phishing Filter is enabled. *Protected mode is enabled. Quoted from this Microsoft article that gives instructions for workarounds: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937409 Unless I'm missing something it doesn't give instructions for working around the Phishing Filter, which I suspect is more likely to be the cause. I've heard a tip that turning it off will speed up IE anyway. A very simple way to defeat phishing is to bookmark any banking sites or other sites that may ask for credit card or other sensitive information. This way you can avoid clicking on links in emails or whatever at all costs. If you really need to change any information, go to the site via the bookmark--even the most savvy can be fooled into clicking a link that takes you to a fake site. To turn off the Phishing Filter: 1. Go to Internet Options from your Control Panel. 2. Click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Security section. 3. Click the circle next to Disable Phishing Filter. 4. Click OK twice and if IE is open restart it.
