BleepingComputer.com: System Alert Popup

At some point I somehow installed System Alert Popup on my computer, probably through Kazaa. My computer was flooded with adware that made using it almost impossible. After spending hours uninstalling various programs and running anti-virus and spyware I've finally gotten to a point where my computer is functional again. But I cannot remove a program called System Alert Popup, no matter what I try. When I attemp to remove it using the Add/Remove programs from Contol Panel I get the message "An error occured while trying to remove System Alert Popup. It may have already been uninstalled. Would you like to remove it from the Add or Remove Programs list?" I'm not sure if it is uninstalled, and since my computer is not back to its full performance since before this whole mishap I'm not sure what to do. Here is the HijackThis log file. Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1, and press Enter.
A text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).

Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
