Unable To Update Windows Defender error

Heloo there, my 1st post. use vista ultimate M unable to update defender-get error code 0x80240029 tried several times. now what to do ?

The friendly (?) folks at Microsoft have a knowledge base article describing the fix for you problem, titled "Error message when you try to update Windows Defender on a Windows Vista-based computer: "Error found: Code 0x80240029""
