Go to any picture file. Right click on it. Go to Properties on the drop down menu that appears. Tell us what appears under "opens with."

My pictures won't open with PhotoStudio, only with Microsoft Photo Editor.
When I try using PhotoStudio I am told "jpg is not a valid Win 32 Application".
Even though I have gone to "properties" and changed "opens with" Microsoft Photo Editor to "opens with" PhotoStudio" !!!

My apologies for doubling. I won't do it again.
I have been to Computer/Tools/Folder Options/File Tabs/selected jpeg/change/Open with/and chose PhotoStudio 2000/OK.
But when I try to open a jpeg file it still goes to the message "jpg is not a valid Win 32 Application" !!!!!!!!!!!
And if I look at any one of my jpeg file's properties, it does say that it opens with PhotoStudio 2000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PhotoStudio 2000 may have become corrupt.
Have you tried reinstalling it?
It could have also been infected with a virus.
Have you updated, and run, your Antivirus?

Have re-installed but no change.
My anti-virus runs continually - so no virus.
