Copy Photos Embedded In Body Of Email Cannot copy embedded photos

Whenever I receive e-mail with photos in the body of the e-mail (not attached) I cannot select them as "save as" . I receive the following message

"The system cannot find the file specified"

Using winXP SP2, IE 7 and Outlook Express 6.

Any help appreciated
