Ok I was given an old computer a few months ago and I just now got around to messing with it.
The problem is when i started it up I keep getting this:

System board device resource conflict:

CMOS Time And Date Not Set

Press F1 for Setup Press Esc To Boot

The problem is if I press either one I get this:

Enter Password (1):

What password are they talking about?

I need help.

Thanks

That is the CMOS (Motherboard) password. With that error I would guess it is time to replace the CMOS (motherboard) battery. It should be a coin size battery on the motherboard. You should be able buy one at your local department or grocery store. If it is standard it will be a CR2032 model battery.
