Help! can`t access my e-mail. Any suggestions.

Some information would be helpful.
How are you attempting to access your E-mail---through your browser or through an application that downloads them to your hard drive (Outlook Express, for example).
Do you get any error messages, and what to they say?

are you able to connect to the Internet through your browser?
