Locate Link Browser Window

This is something that started happening out of the clear blue recently: whenever I open a website by clicking on the link in Outlook, a window opens up entitled "Locate Link Browser." I just ignore it and Firefox opens to the correct website. But why is this window opening? How can I make it stop?
