Ipod Wizard Problem

When i open the program and try to upload a firmware file, it says that i need to close some other program that is using it, but I closed all the programs that could possibly using it and it still says that. Anyone have any bright ideas? Cause I"m out. I tried restarting in safe mode and doing it that way, but the program won't recognize that there's a ipod plugged into the usb port. If you need any more info, let me know.

Try looking in the Processes tab of Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) for running stuff that may be interfering with it.
