Setting Up Yahoo And Gmail In The Bat!

I am confused on how to set up my yahoo and gmail accounts while using The Bat!

Please help
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Here are the recommended "The Bat!" setting for Gmail, but unless you are going to pay for Yahoo you will need a program like Ypop! to allow access to Yahoo other than by Webmail.

YPop! is free, is that correct? So setting up the yahoo account would be easy if i used it?
