Stupid Popups Are Back

I keep getting popups that open their own browser my anti virus says that it is spyware but I can't get rid of it.It appears to be in win32/bund1 I have deleted this file but it came back after a restart please some1 help if you can

as far as any of the programs mentioned, please dont just download and install, check and double check that the program IS VISTA COMPATIBLE. If you can't find out at the web site, we will be glad to help.
