Hello there,

First of all please tell me if I have posted this in the wrong section

Well anyway I have had so much trouble with Windows Movie Maker.
I have some video clips that I recorded on my mobile phone. One of them was recorded sideways on and so needs rotating.
I converted this File from the phone’s 3GP format to A.V.I. and then open up Windows Movie Maker. I imported my A.V.I. film clip and then dragged it into the timeline at the bottom of the programme.
The problem is, once I put it in the timeline it loses visuals ! I click on play and the sound is still there… but no picture.
When I save it …still no picture.
How frustrating!!!

Please help, what is going on and why is it unable to show the picture in the timeline !
Is this a drivers issue? This program has always seemed to me to be temperamental.

I look forward to hearing back from you

Faithfully Richard Milner.

Hope this Micro$oft Tutorial will help you out,
Get started with Windows Movie Maker.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
