Hi, I have an old Mac G3. I am currently running OS 8.6 and am having major difficulties with the hard drive and startup disk. So, I've been trying to use the CD that came with the computer as my startup in order to erase the hard drive and start over. But I keep getting bombs. And can't startup from the disk even with extensions off.

Is there any other way to do this?
